Is there any possible way to have a DLC pack refunded? For context, Titanfall 2's DLC was on sale so I decided to purchase all of it. In the game, you can purchase "prime" titans which are basically just premium skins. I knew for a fact that these were included in two of the three DLC packs I had purchased: The Colony Reborn bundle and the Monarch's Reign bundle. You can see through the images provided that these two packs prominently feature the skins, either in the item's description or in the screenshots. However, the third, the Angel City's Most Wanted pack, makes no mention through screenshots or the description that it contains any of them. This left two that I didn't think I would get through the DLC packs, so I also purchased the Prime Titan bundle, which contains all six of the Prime Titan skins. Though four were already contained in the aforementioned DLC packs, I thought $7 was a more than fair price for two more that weren't included.

However, to my surprise, the Angel City's Most Wanted DLC pack does include two of the Prime Titan skins, despite no mention of it in any of the promotional material--not even in the official trailer showcasing the contents of the DLC pack, whereas the other four prime titan skins are shown in the trailers for the other two DLC packs. This effectively makes the Prime Titan Bundle useless, and a wasted purchase. I am aware that in the EA guidelines DLC packs are not technically refundable, but I think an exception of some kind should apply due to the DLC pack not detailing that it contained the final two skins that I wanted to own, and no automated system warning me that the items I was trying to purchase duplicate items (such as Steam does with its purchases).

If anyone can provide guidance to me through this post, or direct me to where I can contact an EA rep directly, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙂
