Titanfalls Data center: searching

ok i am able to log in and open titanfall on my pc but it never connects to a data centra

System: xbox 360
Your Region: US / Southeast
When this started for you: Wed, Jan 13th during a general xbox live outage, but persists even after that outage was resolved 
Any troubelshooting steps you've taken: Reset system cache, power cycled xbox and network equipment
