Unable to report players using aimbot/hacking in game

How can i report a player hacking in TF2 other then the standard way.
When i go to his EA account to report him it doesnt load, just sits there at the loading screen.

I have been paired with him four times now on both his side, and the other side and have not been able to report him yet. Is there anyone i can send screenshots too or video too or even just give his name because i havent been able to do anything to let anyone know about [Edit]

If you do come across anyone who may potentially be breaking our rules, be sure to report them using our Help Article:

Report players for cheating, abuse, and harassment

From there they will look into the report and take the appropriate action if needed.

This player is a menace. His own team was calling him out when I played against him. I was able to report him. Hopefully action is taken.

Unfortunately we are trying to use the proper method of reporting the formentioned player, [Edit] unfortunately as I stated in my first post they have paid for a hack that doesnt allow players to view their EA profile and report them in game, there is no solution for this player in game to report them or get rid of them
