Local Data is stored at My Documents\Respawn\Titanfall, but it's my understanding that progression is stored server-side, so can't be manually reset. You can choose to Regenerate, of course.

Community AdminI have noticed folks fleeing in terror from high level gen tags before, alright.
yes everything is stored both on your computer at the above mentioned area and on server. if you game seems to lag alot when loading maps deleting this folder on your computer may help
