Why do I have poor connection when I have really fast Internet speeds? TITANFALL XBOX ONE US WEST

I will hit up Verizon too. What a PITA. Please reply here with any updates you see. 

I also have Verizon Fios and I always get 3 bars. Has anyone figured out why this is happening?

Verizon may be doing this on purpose, its not like they haven't been doing networking for many years at this point.  Maybe they don't see a need to fix it as they are more interested in billing than customer service.  Could also be a sales issue, folks aren't upgrading to higher speeds (customers are happy where they are) so Verizon takes a popular new game and tries to convince people they need to pay up for the higher speed to fix their problem.  Speed upgrades are all profit for them as they just modify a setting on your account.  

Perhaps calling to cancel your service explaining your game doesn't work on verizon so will move to a competitor?
