will this game run on a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4850?

A lot of us in here with Radeon HD 4000 series GPUs are having problems with this game at this point. Some have solved the anomalous game errors by using unofficial modified drivers that a gamer at Guru3D fixed up.
I loaded the game on release day and got this error... "Game startup failed because the video card does not support the required feature"
I returned it and someone on another thread told me to try and update my drivers... Now I kind of want to try again.
