Xbox one - Based in Malaysia cannot connect to asian servers only US ones

Question

In the last month I've been unable to connect to the South East Asia, Japan West or East Asian servers consistently.

When waiting for the private lobby or attrition game lobby for these servers I get the "connection lost" mesage after a VERY long wait

If I try to connect to the US West server however I get into a game lobby straight away ( but have so high a ping that it's not really feasible)

Any ideas why I can't connect to either the private pre-game or attrition lobbys?

Thanks for letting us know, I will pass your report on to the studio. Could you please provide us some details about your internet connection including your ISP and router modem?

I couldn't find this message on the forum to reply, but XBox support aleady helped me resolve the issue by the following steps

1. Deleted the persistent storage under Blu Ray settings 3 times (http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/system/disc-blu-ray-settings)

2. refeshed the Altenate MAC address setting n Nwtowrks Settings (http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/networking/network-settings)

As soon as I triied to connectt to titanfall after this I got a game straight away.
