Xbox One - Click "Launch" On Multiplayer, freezes on "Searching for EA Account"
I've played through the campaign of Titanfall 2 but as soon as I click "Launch" on multiplayer, a screen pops up with a loading wheel that says "EA Account - Searching for EA Account..." and promptly freezes the entire game after a second or two. There is no way to get out of the menu but to go back to the Xbox One dashboard and quit the game. I've tried restarting both the game and console multiple times, and changing the data centre to multiple different locations.

I FINALLY SOLVED THIS. For anyone else having this issue, download the EA Access App on the xbox store. Login with your credentials (I believe it needs to be the same email address as your Xbox Live account). Once you're logged in, restart Titanfall 2 and launch Multiplayer. This will fix the freezing issue and take you into the multiplayer menu.
I've heard from one other with this issue that EA Customer Support will just tell you to contact your ISP to open ports - this is useless. The problem lies somewhere in the EA account directly.
