Xbox One "Error: Failed to read profile"
Apparently this was an issue with the beta on the Xbox One. But after playing Titanfall for a full 3 days on the Xbox One, now upon booting up the game and trying to sign in (in game, not Xbox Live)...

Same for me. I've tried everything you have, exchanged the disc & no joy. Ea support were no help, they said it was an xbox live issue but my profile works on COD, Fifa, Dead Rising 3 so I don't think they're right. Somepeople have advised restoring factory settings but I'm reluctant to do this unless I have to.
I'm having the same issue, nobody from EA / Microsoft seems interested in resolving this issue - getting very fed up with this, especially given the price if he game
