Xbox one progress lost

The only answer I get from chat advisor is about a PC connectivity issue. I'm on xbox one. I was at least a level 16 or so and worked up to a 26 before stopping to find out I'm now back at a level 1. ...

I was level 36, got disconnected from a server and then as I joined back got set to level 1! Someone better fix this!

    I was level 28 had all three titans and much much more if you could put me back there that would be great my gamertag is DUCKMANINDAPOND all capitalized
