The only answer I get from chat advisor is about a PC connectivity issue. I'm on xbox one. I was at least a level 16 or so and worked up to a 26 before stopping to find out I'm now back at a level 1. ...

So are we going to actually receive our ranks back, or just have the reset not happen again in the future, which helps no one and is complete garbage?

According to that link it shows everything up and running (when i saw it last it did show this issue and they were working to fix it) I just signed in to my account i still don't have my rank, unlocks, and stats...It shows me level 3 (from trying to get the server to show my stuff by playing one round)...so this link isn't showing anything of use to whether or not this issue is resolved or not
