The only answer I get from chat advisor is about a PC connectivity issue. I'm on xbox one. I was at least a level 16 or so and worked up to a 26 before stopping to find out I'm now back at a level 1. ...

Exactly how I feel. The main problem is receiving the ranks back, not fixing the reset glitch for future players. Hopefully this is actually sorted out.
- ApprovedWhat's funny is Xbox support has already taken that alert down from the site. So basically we are all SOL but don't worry everyone else YOU won't get reset. So unbelievably stupid.
