"Xbox record that" not working for Titanfall

Whenever I use the "xbox record that" feature on the X1 it will tell me the clip was recorded but the clip doesn't appear in "my clips". It used to work fine but about a month ago I noticed it had stopped working. The feature still works fine with all of my other games but not with Titanfall. I have hard restarted many times since I first noticed this so that's not the problem, I have completely cleared my clips so there is plenty of space and as I said it says "clip recorded" so the system is working fine. Has anyone else encountered this or have any ideas of how to fix it? Oh! and "stop recording" works fine.

  • Hey there!

Try first reinstalling the game, this seems to help some players. If that doesn't work, try restarting the game manually, this will force a new connection to the microsoft could. To do this:

    1. Restart the game - you will need to make sure you see the EA Logos and the Titan Fall logos splashscreens

Let us know if this helps!

    Hey, thanks for reply!

I've tried restarting the game (this happens as standard after hard restarting the console) but it has not resolved the issue.

I'm a little reluctant to reinstall, I have the electronic version and it took a little over 12hrs to download/install the game in the first place and I'm not willing to do that again. I may be being naive but if I choose to reinstall will I have to download everything again?
