[XONE] "IMC Pilot" achievement is at 100%, but won't unlock + 1 more big problem.

I am waiting several hours on EA Live Chat and still without any results, so I'm posting my problem here. I was completed the IMC campaign and the achievement doesn't pop. So I ask Microsoft Support what to do. They suggested me to clear Persistent Storage, Alternate MAC settings and perform full power cycle. After this I powered on console, launch Titanfall and... all my today's progress was lost. I've got 21/22 level, when I relaunch the game I was 12. In main menu, there was "CONTINUE IMC CAMPAIGN" button, except "CONTINUE MILITIA CAMPAIGN", and there was 2 missions left in the IMC campaign. Somebody, please help me!
