Yeah, when all was said & done, mine ended up being the mall parking lot. I decided a mall was better suited to the outskirts of town anyhow, and now it gives me a nice big rectangle to work with. :) But I actually like the idea of using the prison, I've seen a lot of really cool prison designs!

Most of my landing zone is taken up by the courthouse, DMV, and Singing Sirloin with portions of the Buddhist Temple and KBBL also visible. I thought about doing a special decoration of some kind, but decided to just leave the buildings how they were since that's what neighbors are looking for when they visit.

This is mine for the time being....got the design for Kodos from another forum, not my own design. When I travel or am away for extended periods of time, I change the message from hello human to something like back august first...

My landing zone is unfortunately right in the middle of my commercial "house farm"... LOL

My landingzone is in the middle of the town square (sorry, don't know how to take or post pics) with the town hall in the upper right corner.

Somehow I feel the landing feels most natural on the square or perhaps the Simpson house - after all you (me anyway) want to see you ended up in Springfield.

Waiting for more land to be released so I can nuke the place and recenter it and redesign the whole town.

No planning involved whatsoever. Just dumps you right on top of a space invader.
