Done, when they introduced the Unemployment Office allocation of tasks. Only exception (I think) is Helen Lovejoy (1hr) & SVT (4hrs) which need premium buildings.

Already done (a "running Homer" icon). Do you have any specific examples of visible tasks not with that icon?
- Only one animated task per decoration or building. Example: One character task per bench so they are not sitting on top of each other. And so Moleman is not providing security on top of Snake robbing Krustyburger.
The "benches" one was supposedly fixed quite a while ago. I'm thinking 6-12mths? Not 100% sure when, but I do remember seeing it in one of LPN's post of changes.
Brockman's stonecutter 4 hour task doesn't pay premium.
With the re-release of Stonecutter stuff last year, Brockman, Krusty & Skinner were all given for free (not donuts).
The SC Lodge
was premium though, so any task there is at the premium rate
'cos of the Lodge, not the skin.
The 3 freebies' 2hr task (at the Daycare Center) & 4hr task (usually at the character's building) are normal rate due to those buildings being non-premium themselves.
