3 spades per neighbour visit?!?! are you bothering?
Personally I'm still visiting as i can use the extra spades, then again i visit most days even when there's no event on.

It is kinda low, but it doesn't take long to visit 30 neighbors (you'll max out at 90 actions) ... And if I don't find cornstalks in their town within a few seconds, I move on to the next neighbor.
What is absurd to me is the payout for the mutant seedlings. I only get 4 spades per seedling if I find it in 4 hours, and nuthin after that. If I drop one, I get 4 spades if the neighbor gets it in the first 4hours, and 2 spades after that.
