3D Designs

I don't hate them, but I don't like them very much either. Sometimes they look okay (I particularly like when people make their Buddhist Temple look like it's on a hill), but I think some people take it too far.

Often there will be a design that looks okay, but then I spot a little corner or something that's off, and it totally ruins the effect and I can't see it the same after that.

I really enjoy them! I'd love to get a look at your town! So many rave reviews!

99.5% of them belong in the same category as house farms…

Of all that I've seen, only 2 have been impressive.

I generally deleted any neighbor who attempts 3D and ALL who possess even the smallest house farm.

I've seen a lot of amazing 3D creations. Very cool, most of the time. :) I made one area on a hill in my town, and it came out pretty good.

You must have very few neighbors.

I love the 3D designs! And I love visiting my neighbors who utilize it. Not only are their towns unbelievably creative, but I've even learned thing or two. Not that towns without it are less creative, not at all. I've seen spectacular designs created both ways. :)

This makes me want to friend you just so you can visit me, see my house farm, and delete me in a huff of self-righteous rage.

Then. I'd imagine you exclaiming, "he's playing with his toys wrong!"

I don't mean to alarm you, but this entire game is in 3D, so if you place any building or decoration, you've just made a 3D design :P

I have several neighbors who, IMO, have masterful 3D skills and it's always a pleasure to see what they've created.
MelDesigner's thread on 3D designs has one of the highest view counts on this forum (over half a million views in the Showcase Section where few take the time to visit), so 3D certainly adds a wow factor when executed correctly.

They look tacky
