Edit: Well just loaded my game and was given a 24hr random quest which sometimes means an update is coming....so you never know

I got 24hr mission for Willie to rake leaves...

I usually get the updates at around 12:30pm eastern time. It is currently 1:11pm unfortunately there is no update yet. But I guess they could always realize it a little late. I didn't get the stonecutters take down until 2pm.

I got a 24 hour task for marge. Protest something.

Did not get a 24hr task. But i have just aquired Lincoln and Rex Banner so that is probably the reason.
