5 Duffman Topiary & 2 Balloons don't change 3 star Kitsch rating?

The TSTO Topix site has a listing showing how much you need at each level for all the different ratings. They also list how much each item adds to that rating.
Can understand that, though there was no movement for what was added in the subject. Even at least 1/4 star. Yet 2 balloons previously purchased take a whole star. Just read in the level 43 post that the rainbow fence can be added, will see what they do.- You need a lot of kitsch. :?
