8 new characters have "event earning" tasks
What level does the opera house have to be at? Im level 5 and don't have opera tasks available to them.

I think I got some of these at Level Six, but I don't have all of them so I assume some come with levels 8 and 9. One of those is a saints task and Father Sean and Mrs. Lovejoy are part of that group.
