If you look on the bottom of the pop up screen with that color box, it shows all of the items possible to receive. It does not guarantee which of them you will receive. If you bought the box and received nothing, then you are correct, you should be compensated. If you received one of the listed items then they owe you nothing. You did not have to spend money, that was your choice.

You are entitled to your opinion. At a point, a certain amount of spins or amount of money spent, should be justified by guaranteed success or at least some other type of reward. In my opinion, any game that uses money instead of skill or grinding to reward their players is a game that needs some reparations. Main reason I am a console gamer is because I like to work at/grind a game and use some type of skill for my rewards, not just buy them. As I said, I dont mind paying for a game, but I dont like throwing money out the window to get a million pieces of fencing. Yes, I am complaining, but there is more to it than that and I feel I'm also being reasonable with my points. I see your side, but that doesnt make it fair to the majority... and fairness should be something that is implemented into any game, in one way or another.
