If you look on the bottom of the pop up screen with that color box, it shows all of the items possible to receive. It does not guarantee which of them you will receive. If you bought the box and received nothing, then you are correct, you should be compensated. If you received one of the listed items then they owe you nothing. You did not have to spend money, that was your choice.

Around here the kids in elementary school are taught a rhyme that I honestly wish more folks on this forum had learned at an early age: "You get what you get and you don't cry a bit."

You are entitled to your opinion. At a point, a certain amount of spins or amount of money spent, should be justified by guaranteed success or at least some other type of reward. In my opinion, any game that uses money instead of skill or grinding to reward their players is a game that needs some reparations. Main reason I am a console gamer is because I like to work at/grind a game and use some type of skill for my rewards, not just buy them. As I said, I dont mind paying for a game, but I dont like throwing money out the window to get a million pieces of fencing. Yes, I am complaining, but there is more to it than that and I feel I'm also being reasonable with my points. I see your side, but that doesnt make it fair to the majority... and fairness should be something that is implemented into any game, in one way or another.

I have to agree that I am also a tad frustrated. I have been playing this game for quite a while and have sunk hundreds of dollars into it (entirely my choice). This game used to be terribly glitchy and there were problems with every event but there hasn't been an event yet that you couldn't win all of the prizes. It is one thing if you know you can get the prize after the event with coins or donuts but to not get them at all is frustrating. I have used donuts in this event, have all the friends, bought both big and small frinkerators, play many times per day. I have not "won" any of the characters - need the egg mascot, hugs bunny, father Sean and Mary bobbins. I do however have enough fences to have won the 15 donuts at least three times over and I have about 8 ponds in storage as I have no where to put them after placing 3 more in my park. I see both sides of the issue but as this is "entertainment", the fun factor must remain for this game to continue.
