A good experience from EA support
Good to hear you got the donuts back. Which email address at EA did you use? I'm asking so people who've got issues in the future know the best way to contact EA.

Mine wasnt a major problem and it took forever for them to respond but I'd already worked out the solution. EA still gave me 30 donuts "compensation" so I was a happy camper.
