Mmm not sure then.. I presumed you had to be at least level 32 and completed the prior tasks but hey I am evidently incorrect :)
Definitely don't have to be done with the level 31 quest line to start the level 32 quests... I am at the "Check his laces" part of the level 31 quests and immediately got prompted to send Bart to hang out with Grandpa and got Todd and Rod as soon as Lisa finished her task after the update (since I already had Sir Putt a Lot from Valentines day).
As far as the original topic... I agree... I really hope we get the campfire, tents, and totem pole in some (near) future update... they would be a great addition!
