Well escalating generates the ticket in the queue that has to be resolved. If someone closes it, just reopen it.
Often CSRs will close all tix right before end of their shift so they can go home with clean queue. Just have to reopen and try to keep it alive.
And yes the squeaky wheel gets the grease in CS so more tickets = better response.
It's funny i made a nice park with the new geyser so I'm having second thoughts about EA sparing .200 donuts...
... But i still think the offer should be open for six days so i can decide for myself - as can others!
