You have zero idea what you're talking about. I would love some utopia of a forum with everything perfectly organized and some automatic knowledge in everyone's brain about where everything is. It's not going to happen, though. I have to work with what actually exists.
Make all the suggestions you want (In game chat option would be great. Blog entries on forum would be great. A devoted board would be great, but the last one we actually managed to get is super buggy and problematic.) but understand that we can't just make stuff happen. With what we have now, I want members to easily communicate with their neighbors without being told that nobody cares or that they deserve death. Mild insults are locked. Harsher insults are removed. This is what we can do with what we have.
