I have paid for lots of donuts and i was one of the ones that got the glitches bonus level donuts. I didn't intend to do it and neither did i exploit it. It happened once and that was accidental, although 1000 donuts for free was crazy. Bearing in mind also i was locked out of my game for a week.
I agree it does suck for the people have not spent anything on the game and exploited these problems to gain everything for free, at the end of the day it was a problem to do with the game, nothimg can be done about that.
