- It's got a tall, vertical footprint; but from the small preview image, it looks to have a small, horizontal footprint.
It's going to be a huge building regardless, but it might be a little lenient on horizontal space than something like any of the heist buildings, or Westminster Abbey are. - barryriddl474Seasoned NewcomerIt has a nice visual task in the penthouse.
- Castiel_ToukSeasoned NewcomerCan't wait to get this for my skyscraper area.
- Was going to put it on my beach area, but I think its going to be to tall. Might have to squeeze it in my SH area in front of the back mtns or mtns on the left.
- Castiel_ToukSeasoned NewcomerJust got it and it finishers my skyscraper area off. :)

I have put it in my SH area as well....in front of the mountain, almost to the beach. - I'm loving it. Allowed me to store a SH office building that was hiding stuff but with a much smaller footprint.

@JJR2112 Don’t forget those SH office buildings add up to hidden bonus payout percentage..... it won’t show in the conformometer but it’s there.
The business centers alone pay out 2% bonus XP each for total bonus of 20% with all of them out of storage. The resort is really the only building set that doesn’t add to your total hidden XP bonus nor do the building add ons. If you have to, pile them somewhere and set them down to level one visually so they aren’t so tall.
