I don't know why EA stuck 48 at the end
I usually visit every day
I am not a House farmer but I started at Christmas and made level 38 just after the start of Valentine. I have bought land only when I had no other place to fit a new building. I do not expect to be investing in land for design purposes for a few weeks,
I harvest my characters and leave my buildings for neighbors to tap. (I do tap the ones my neighbors tap).
Some players have particular requirements for their neighbors. So don't invite me if my town will offend you
I do delete neighbors that so not leave buildings to tap, so if you take long vacations or harvest all your buildings, save us both times and don't invite me.
