adjacent roads fixed

Awhhh that makes me sad...!

When the change first occurred I assumed it was permanent, due to the new roads, so I painstakingly moved half my city by 4 tiles to make the highways 3 lanes wide (2 roads separated by concrete)... oh well, not going back now!
