After January 10th?
The game just goes back to normal but I think you can decide to keep your decorations up (just for looks) as for the coins, spend them all on the stocking or other items cuz they will go away like the candy did for Halloween

- There should be another level released as well which should be good although apparently the snow will be staying for the foreseeable future
- So will I still be able to use them on January 10th and will they disappear on the 11th or is today the last day I can spend them?
