Ajax Steel Mill? is it worth it?

- 150 donuts for building/character combo is good value
- iconic simpsons episode
- rare building and not another store/house/apartment block

ticks all the boxes :D only negative is the character has no outdoor 24hr task

Land has been an issue for me for a long time already.

Well after reading the feedback and seeing a picture of it, I'm sold! :mrgreen:

For the foreseeable future Roscoe, Smothers, and Duffman will be having a 24 hour dance party (in 5 hour increments). I'm from Detroit and unless Homer's brother's car factory is released (blanking on his name!) this is the closest I'll get to hometown's industrial glory.
Plus, I like Roscoe.

The Steel Mill is awesome. Size is great too because you don't want a small mill either considering these things are supposed to be massive. Roscoe is a great character. Never would I have imagined they would've added him and what a great character he is too.

It's good to know that future characters voiced by Harry Shearer won't be muted since Roscoe is voiced by him.

On top of that the Steel Mill gives new permanent jobs to Duffman & Smithers which is another great incentive.

My only complaint is the fact that we haven't had any land updates. So I had to destroy another section of my town & store it to make room for the Steel Mill.
