Akira Bonsai Glitch?
A few people have but I never did I've had him since he was released and gotten 3 or 4. Does it change from Plant. To prune to repot?

If you don't seem to be making any more, store the original one back into ur inventory (if it's not there already). For me this sorted out the no bonsai problem I had
