Akira glitches post here

:)
That's neat. Looks like maybe we can skip a step. We could end up having a bonsai that never got planted in the first place. Worth a try ... Akira, better get your twig cutters ready.

My Akira is still broken. I've pulled him in and out of storage at least five times. Customer support didn't even know what I was talking about until the third time I went through it. And even when "Shawn" finally figured out what I meant, he claimed he couldn't do anything about it and would have to escalate, but only after I tried on another device.

Terrible support you got there.

Yup. And now I'm being told that re-pot bonsai is no longer a repeatable quest!

Poor Akira has been continually re-potting the same Bonsai in my SF for weeks now, with no end in sight. Needless to say he's quite bored and contemplating possible retirement.
Yikes. They fixed that (for me at least) -- but I don't remember exactly when. He'd been stuck just like you describe, and suddenly one morning I logged in and got the popup saying a bonsai had been placed in my storage. Sometime early this week -- or was it last week? Sorry, my sense of time is off. I'm retired. Technically, there's no need to even know what day it is. (Or year, for that matter.) ;)
Did you try storing/unstoring him?
