All my friends have disappeared!!

Yep. Went to do something for a daily quest and all my friends are gone. I had quite a lot, don’t honestly know how many.

If this is some kind of bug, it needs fixing pronto.

This has been coming up more since the age verification was put in. I deliberately put the wrong age in (told them I was 8) to see what would happen. It still let me in the game, but the only change I could see is all my neighbors were gone. When I logged out and back in with the correct info, they were all back...

And they're back! Try unfriending one neighbour you know doesn't play anymore, I did and all my neighbours towns reappeared. Hope it works for you too. :)

Mine are there. Think someone had this problem not to long ago. They either logged out and logged back in, restarted their phone, or uninstalled and reinstalled. I forgot what they did, but it worked out what ever happened and their friends were back.

Have tried all of the above & still no neighbours :( if I click to visit it just brings up the Other Springfield, if I click on the hand shake it brings up them all up in a list but if I click on them it says they’ve never played! Weird!

Yep I lost all of mine too. They are all under “Origin friends not in game.”

Two Springfields, main game no friends. Other game all there. @johncolombo has never played, nor have any of the other 80+ listed. But on the bright side, I am at the top of the SH list!
I have not entered the incorrect age, but did try “**” once. The game said to only use numbers.
