once in about 6 years. I've been lucky.

I’m not completely sure, but I dimly recall it happening to me once in the early days of the game before they implemented the confirmation option.

Yep. I still check it after every update just to be safe.

Happened to me a few times. At least once when I was still learning the game and didn't know about the donut confirm setting, then a couple of times in the last year or two when quick tapping accidently hit the donut rush on something then, for some reason, when the confirmation window popped up I tapped the yes box. :o

It happened a couple of times before donut confirmation button was featured and in the days of donuts paucity. I could remember how frantic I was trying to stop it but the bar sped across really fast.
