I guess that depends. In my main town I buy everything offered. It's my completionist town . So I don't really consider the original cost. In the others it depends on how much I feel like buying rtts. Towns have from 1200 to 3000 multiplier , 3 of 4 at max cash so its just time and effort. Work for me is on call 24/7 so sometimes getting the time is the issue. I the early days I tended to ignore cost and work toward the 1234 multiier ( 1rtt is one level up/ donut box). It seemed to be the best plan for me.
24/7 on call is hardcore
