Gotta advance in the questline before it becomes usable. Think it became available at Pt. 3 (or after completing Pt. 2 in case there's no Pt. 3)

@simpsonare I just went to try pull, er um, to tap your finger, and there wasnt anything there to tap. I tool the pic below as soon as I got there...
