Already built building?

I guess I’ve played this game way too much... sometimes I lose track of where I’ve placed a decoration (ie Christmas lights plunger etc) but not a whole building.

Do you know exactly what building it is you're looking for? Some buildings like the Krusty Burger, Gulp 'N' Blow and Kwik-E-Mart you can buy and build more than one each.

In the specific, the app suggested the wax museum as "new" : I was quite sure to not have it, but I remember the sometimes the app suggests as new something that I already have... so from this the general question.
The wrong "new" suggestion could be only with decoration? or with building too?
Only few buildings can be purchased twice?

According to to a wiki... The Springfield Wax Museum is a building that is available for players when they reach Level 33, with no quest.
