Had nothing to do with time management. It's the fact that the ability to do the visits continue getting pushed back more and more where morning visits become night time ones or some not doing them at all til able to do them in the morning again. An earlier time limit would reduce the problem even if it is a 23 hour limit. At least then you can keep it within the same hour range that you prefer.
