This is actually one of the few games that isnt over run by jailbreakers. They make it really hard to hack into, so most of the easy hacking apps (download and hack a game with the click of one button) don't work. The only people that can successfully hack the game created / altered the code on their own, so the numbers are greatly reduced when compared to, say, Smurfs Village. I think it has to do with the constant re-synching and the servers they use.
