Anyone else's Springfielders loitering?
Yes. They don't stray too far from where they started the task. Same for NPCs. Must be groundhog day again.

I keep most of my characters on visual tasks and this is affecting most of them...NOT liking this :(
For example, I have Carl on the Pogo task and he bounces up and down in place with a dead stare. Creepy. Lisa is riding old school and pretty much stays in place with the car lights flashing. Some of the characters are just stuck in place behind something, so I have to assign them a different task to get them to move.
I haven't seen the 'little' people, but I've only done a few visits today.
Edit to add: I'm trying to see if this is happening just when there are prospectors in my town, but I'm having a hard time finding them...wish they were purple or we at least had a notice to know if we had them all cleared. There's a notice for the bandits, but not the prospectors ...why?
