- Yes, and I'm done w/the questline. It involves lots of characters.
- I'm 1100 pins from getting him in one of my towns, the others 3000 to 4000 away
- I'm 400 away but oddly enough I just had the travel pins quest pop up for Bonuts... it was right after I crafted and placed a boulangerie. If that matters.

- He should be voiced considering Hank Azaria voices him

This happened to me at 4000 pins also (didn't buy or craft anything). Still needed 829 for Tiago, and got him when I collected enough.- I got him too and likewise my bonuts quest started ahead of time
