I've got one neighbor that messages me when they drop presents and let's me know where they are. One was behind a tree and I had tried the "Cerebro" search. Since it was behind a decoration, this didn't help. I just clicked on all the trees in the area until one finally popped out a present. But I'd have never of found it if my neighbor didn't tell me just where to look.
Lovely person and neighbor if you're talking about Sue. That sounds like her to me.
I have a feeling that Sue would be a wonderful neighbor to have, but this neighbor is Starstrucsims and she always sends me a pm about where to find her prezzies. It was totally her idea and I want to give her credit for coming up with it. It may be something that others want to try with the challenge of trying to find presents this event.
I dropped one in your town, math right in front of Simpson house....it disappeared or its behind the Christmas tree.- Most of you on this thread are already my "friends" I'm posting this here because I'd like a few more of you to join in my fun. I just dropped 3 non- playing neighbors, friend me is interested.

thanks mathumster. I try to aim the presents to drop in an area where they can be seen. But sometimes they end up going behind something when I didn't intend for it to. So I thought it was a good idea since I see where it drops, to let the neighbour know. I'm not sure if all my neighbours regularly check this board or read messages but for those that do, it would be very helpful.- I put loads of ice walls behind my Simpson house which is in a large open space. Having the decorations take up the floor space hidden by the house seems to force the gifts to drop in front of the house or in the empty space past the ice walls so they are visible. I am slowly filling up vacant areas hidden by decorations so they are no longer vacant for gifts to drop & be hidden.
1 neighbour had scrolled slightly to the left & their 2 gifts dropped in my 2014 Christmas area which would have been impossible to see if they had hadn't wiggled while I was waiting to see if merrymakers walked into the screen. I might just squash this area up so there's no landing space for gifts to hide.
My 2nd town is very much a Tetris challenge & I have no chance of seeing those gifts without using the build function. Luckily it's a small town space so it doesn't take too long but certainly strains my eyes on a small screen.
