What you get with that prizetrack that makes it worthwhile land-wise are the 900 donuts and 62 gold tokens worth potentially another 744 donuts. The JPR building is a cool building, and the prizes before it are cool too - but as far as easing the grind of producing deeds... the difference it makes is paltry.
