Yes, it's the same sound when castles were updated for barry's COC and for the cannons for christmas. Edit: ignore me, I thought you were asking about when you update/tap the HQ.

I'm thinking now it's an old classic windows sound like from windows 95 or 98. I have windows 7 but it still has classic sounds you can enable. It might be the error message or critical stop sound.
