Are the trees going to be reset to normal?

I read. A post on here of someone wanting to take up roads and sidewalks the night before the snow flies si it looks like free snow where noone has walked or drove on it. Love the idea. Love the seasonal trees and think they need to stay that way. Thanks again for your rime.
