Adding challenges to the skill tree

In TS3 you can skill up to 10 points as usual, but if you did certain actions you'd also get bonuses after completing certain challenges.

I liked this a LOT in Sims 3 because building skills is a big part of my game, too. Id like to see this implemented/expanded in this game or the next.
