Are you getting visited by neighbors?
I don't think is just me because I have the idea of always getting the 100 friends limit and just one friend have visited me. I visit every day for the cash Is just not worth the time for this event?

How many neighbors are you talking about here? 100 or thereabouts? If so, then the 15 minutes you’re talking about sounds about right, but only if the visiting takes place during non-event periods. For most events, neighbor visits require a lot more time (and I kinda thought, based on the OP, that the main point of this thread was visiting during this event). It’s a personal choice, of course, but for me visiting all of my neighbors during an event just isn’t worth the few donuts I might get.
